No, but I've made it before (this is the shortbread base, caramel layer and then chocolate on top, yes?)

the best shortbread in the world is here . think you make the caramel by putting a few holes in the top of a condensed milk tin, standing it in a pan of boiling water and boiling for about an hour, but would check up on that one as i cant remember which is the right tinned milk (there are two sorts arent there? is the expensive one i think) and if you do it wrong the tin can explode. the shortbread link should work though!
