I have to confess..........you'll never guess what I ate.....

I went shopping for the ingredients to make carrot soup earlier.

Carrots
Onion
Double cream
etc etc etc

All the ingredients are still in the fridge except for the cream beacuse I ate/drank it!!!

A 142ml pot and 100ml had 48g of fat

Needless to say I will not be eating dinner tonight

Please confess any sins here....please.....pretty please......

You know, a 142ml pot is surprisingly small

and I have to admit that I could have easily drank/ate another pot but after I saw how many grammes of fat it had I'll think twice about doing it again. Seriously I was gobsmacked
