What can I make on Saturday to put on a cold buffet on Sunday?

I am doing a buffet for about 70 adults and 30 children a week on Sunday.

I won't have much time on the day cos it is my twins' baptism, the service is at 10.30 and the buffet 12.30ish after the service.

At the moment I am thinking of doing stuff I can buy in from Tesco the day before basically ready made..

Baguettes and butter
veg crudites and dip
Salad (ready made/washed bags)
coleslaw
potato salad
crisps
pork pies
quiche
chicken drumsticks
Pizza (cooked on morning and served cold)
rice salad (made on Sunday morn)
sandwiches
cake
fruit basket
cheese and biscuits

Is there anything else I can serve that I can cook the day before or that comes ready prepared from Tesco/Asda?

Cold meat, like beef or ham/gammon? Could cook on Saturday.

pasta salad...ASDA do big ones and they're lovely.

Sausage rolls
mini-egg bites

choclate fingers and biscuity things for the children.

I would walk around the supermarket, and you'll find loads....
