Bump for ledodgy.

i suggest pan frying the pork in olive oil with a splash of balsamic vinegar toward the end.
make a sauce of capers and white wine using the juices from the pan.
Boil and mash potatoes with butter and erm garlic.
Puree cooked peas and thin with some balsamic vinegar and mint sauce.
Place mash artistically on plate, pile pork on top and swirl pea slop around. get a skewer and make pretty patterns in pea slop.
