I need to inspire my 14 month old, ds, not eating as teeth sore and been poorly with MMR.

What yummy but healthy deserts could I offer him? Any good ice creams?

Make your own?

Accept the fact that good quality ice cream is delicious but not healthy and that sometimes it doesn't matter?

Or just up his milk and wait til he's hungry again!

Those Frube fromage frais things work really well in the freezer - instant 'ice-cream' pudding and great at keeping lunchboxes cool.

If you mash a soft banana and then freeze it (to not quite solid), it makes a very passable icecream. I used to make this for a 3 year old I was Nanny to, who was allergic to dairy products.
Either freeze it in a bowl and scoop it, or in an ice lolly mold on a stick.

What about rice pudding?

I love that when I am not feeling well
