Chick Pea/Veg curry thats freezable - recipes please

Anyone have a Chickpea and/or veg curry recipe that I can freeze?

I would have thought all curries freeze well.

Fry onion and garlic. Add the spices.
Add cubed sweet potato, carrots, or any other winter veg, and tin of tomatoes. 5 min before is ready add a drained tin of chickpeas.

Or
fry onion and garlic. Add spices.
Add the ... middle class veg (aubergine) and 5 min before ready the chickpeas.

i think the same. But what about if contains coconut milk? Does it freeze well?

Coconut milk based curries freeze fine.
