Recipe website uses your ingredients

A while ago I found a website where you could type in what you wanted to cook with, so say cabbage, cream cheese, almonds and it would bring back a selection of recipes with percentages of your ingredients, so if there was something with all 3 it would be 100%, then down from there.
I was pretty sure I got the link from here, but I have searched the archives, and my own history and I've lost this very handy link.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about I'd really appreciate the link.
