Cornish pasties: beef or mutton?

Cos M&S ones are beef. And I thought that was just wrong. But am happy to be put right by Kernow nationalists.

And not nearly enough pepper. IMHO.

Ah. Beef then.

I'd say beef. Am not a Kernow nationalist though, I just like eeating them. Does that disqualify me?
