god I hope so as out leg of lamb has lasted about 3 days

just remember to only reheat it once after its cooked though

Yup, that's about it. Just make sure it;s reheated thoroughly. Will be fine. I did similar this evening.

yes of course.
We use the cold leftovers any time up to 3 days after cooking, so long as it is refrigerated when it has cooled down.
