I need some ideas for a 'chinese new year' snack for DD to take to playschool

Rice balls - cook rice as normal and then when it is cool enough to handle,roll into small balls. You can roll them in a coating such as a bit of salt or some chocolate powder. Probably not very authentic but easy to do!!
