I was thinking of some kind of pie or bake, or even some soup but don't know how to do it, can anyone advise me? Thanks

pie

Add some chicken stock/creme fraiche type liquid mix. Yum. Although I don't make mine with ham, but I do with added veg eg broccoli

how about the chicken, ham & leek in a creamy sauce with some pasta?

or in a pie would be nice in a creamy sauce

I cheat with pies, just fill the bottom of a pie dish & pop a pastry top on top rather than top & bottom

so you can make a creamy sauce with chicken stock and creme fraiche? I've never made one, I can only make a white sauce from flour etc

FOr my pie I melt 25g butter, beat in 25g flour and cook for 2 min. Cool then add 3/4 pint veg stock slowly, stirring. Then bring to boil, stir till thick. Simmer 10-15 min then add 60ml creme fraiche.

Yum

I also do leek and bacon (leek and ham? lol) pasta by frying leek bacon and garlic and stirring in creme fraiche.

I'd make a pie, like lunavix's, but with potatoes on top 9either mashed or sliced) rather than pastry
