Good minestrone soup recipes?

This is from Nigella's 'Express', it fab if you're in a hurry -

300g jar of tomato-based pasta sauce of your choice
400g tin of mixed beans (or any canned beans)
750ml hot chicken or vegetable stock
100g ditalini or other tiny pasta.

Bung everything in a pan, bring to the boil and once the pasta's cooked it's ready!
