Biscuit recipe please - We have Thomas Biscuit Cutters!!!

do you have a basic recipe so we can use these cutters then ice them later? thanks

Nigella:
175g soft unsalted butter
200g caster sugar
2 big egges
tsp vanilla extract
400g plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

300g iscing sugar + food colouring

throw all in food processor or do it the long traditional way (butter + sugar then eggs then flour etc)

(boring without lots of icing - i add cinammon/ginger to give them some taste personally)

split into batches put in fridge for about an hour.
Preheat oven to 180 /gas 4
roll out, cut out and bake for about 10 mins
coupld of tbsp boiling water with icing sugar for icing. split into batches and colour. have fun icing.
