I'd like to make pancakes for tea for my 18mo DS and 3.4 DD. Other than cheese and ham, what other filling could I put in them?

cheese sauce with sauteed mushrooms

Broccoli in cheese sauce

prawns, tomatoes, garlic

Roasted vegetables (aubergines, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, peppers, courgettes)

Fish in parsley sauce

Ooh, yum!

When is Pancake Tuesday?

bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms. yum!

or any leftovers you have - curry is nice, or a chicken in creamy sauce - maybe a bit too adult for 18mo though?

Bacon and maple syrup is yummy - though may not be suitable for little ones.

They all sound good.
Pancake Day is ages away, but I'm trying to vary my DC's supper a bit so I thought I'd give them a go
