Raw chicken smells a bit funny

a bit eggy really. Its in date but pack has been open 3 days, is it off?

yep..don't eat it.

if you're determined then give it a good wash and put on a plate in fridge...smell after an hour or so and see if it still smells

personally i am terrible with chicken..one tiny whiff of anything and i bin it (well throw it out for fox)

I've cooked it now, smells OK but I think I will give it to the dog and have pizza instead.

Have a friend coming for lunch and she has a little baby so don't want to risk making her ill. Dog seems to have an iron stomach so should be fine. Thanks. I don't cook meat often as DH is vegi.

Well I staretd cooking it before I posted as thought I'd give it to the dog if people here said no.
