And if so will it go soggy when reheating it?

Also how long would you be able to freeze it for?

I freeze mine but I undercook it slightly. ds takes it for lunch in a flask and even if there are any leftovers they don't appear to be soggy after 7-8 hours in a thermos.

Yes, I made vats of the stuff and put it in pots for the dc's. Mine wasn't heavily saucy though (oo-er missus) - it was quite dry to start with, so didn't go soggy.

ok great thanks, also if you keep it in the fridge how long do you think it isok to eat for 18months old dd?

I normally apply a 24 hour rule but that's being super cautious. There is not much in macaroni cheese that could give great problems as it's all dairy and that keeps well. You'd get a whiff of it going bad if it did. Am sure 48 hours is fine - just re-heat really thoroughly and to a high temp....but I am not an expert, it's just what i'd do.

I find it is a bit blander when you reheat it, I stirr in some more milk and grated cheese.

I freeze it all the time for DD and she loves it.
