please dont laugh but how do you make egg mayonaise???

want to make sandwiches for a buffet.

hard boil some eggs.
peel them
put them into a bowl and mash them up.
add mayonaise and mix it all together. make the egg chunks as lumpy or smooth as you like.

Hard boil lots of eggs.

(if you run them under the cold tap once they are boiled it stops the yolk going grey)

Mix up with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. You an add things like chopped chives if you wish.

I love egg mayonnaise.

How about a bit of curry powder for curried eggs? Mmmmmm......

make sure the eggs have cooled down before adding mayonnaise.

Very finely diced onion and lashings of black pepper on brown bread. Yum
