OK Quickly, I need ideas for a sauce to go with chicken

I have chicken breasts but I need a sauce to go with them.

Have looked on Delia Smiths website and I like the look of the maple barbeque sauce one but don't have all the ingrediants so will have to improvise.

Any ideas? Nothing too spicy or complicated just simplish.

Couple of tins tomatoes, peppers, onions, few herbs - it's just like Chiken Tonights Spanish version.

How about chicken parcels: wrap the chicken breast in tin foil after adding inside coriander, paprika, a drop of oil and juice from lemon or lime. In the oven for about 50 minutes.

drop dead simple if youve got a couple of lemons.
Slice up breast, add to lemon juice and grated rind (1 lemon per 2 breasts) leave an hour or so if time, otherwise just cook.
Fry in olive oil.
Kids like it, good with rice or salad/jacket pots.

if you have a jar of pesto, mix with some bread crumbs and place on top of chicken. Grill and serve with parmesan Mash. Yumola
