I have a big lump of each languishing in the fridge. Oh, and I hate blue cheese (but DP loves it).

They need used up. I was thinking of baking the feta but noit sure if I could do something more exciting with it.

Feta and spinach pie?

Don't know about blue cheese. Have never tried it. I can't get past the "blue" bit.

Blue cheese and broccoli soup? Feta and spinach pancakes?

WobblyPig · 17/01/2009 11:24

Aubergine slices rolled around feta, mint with a hint of chilli.
Blue cheese makes a nice sauce for pasta; stirred in at the end with leeks.

  • Feta cheese in a huge Greek salad (with olives etc)
  • Pasta with feta and pesto, or feta and spinach, or feta and red pepers or sun dried tom
  • Cous cous with cubed feta and roasted med veg
  • Stuffed beef tomatoes or pepers with feta and onions, or feta and cous cous.
  • Pizza or quiche with feta and red onion, or feta/spinach, or feta/tomato
  • Tyropita=pastry with cheese
