Please can anyone suggest a flour that isn't made from wheat that can be used in a normal baking recipe. I.e. I want to make my normal carrot cake but not use normal flour, but i know that flour is different weights and whatnot.

I don't know if any of that made any sense but...any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers

Cx

Is this for a gluten free diet?

yes is it gluten free?

Here these

Although I understand the result is not as spongey. Do a google search for gluten free recipies as sometimes simply replacing the flour does not seem to always work IMHE.

Sorry for delay. No not gluten free just a wheat intolerance (yes i'm one of those annoying people).

Thank you magicwashingpot
