2 chicken thighs, 2 tins of tomatoes, some peppers, a butternut squash & some cabbage.

Can spend a little to make something tasty of someone can think of something to do with them as my brain is fuzzy after an afternoon drinking session with my oh!

Thank-you

you can make s little casserole with the chicken, tomato , squash & pepper and some chicken stock. serve with rice or baked potato and the cabbage

SlartyBartFast · 16/01/2009 19:23

do you have rice?

thisisyesterday · 16/01/2009 19:24

make some kind of casserole?

lucysmam · 16/01/2009 19:26

yes I have rice, possibly not enough for 2 though, one of us may have to have rice. Shopping's bing delivered on Sunday & I ddn't think to pick anything up in town while birthday shopping for the lo today

Stew looks like the way to go, have no spuds though unless you count the 3 tiny ones I have left in the veg rack, although they could do a few roasties & mayb pick up some veggies tomorrow

Could you do a stew and then put a pastry over the top A'la Jamie Oliver

lucysmam · 16/01/2009 19:32
