anyone know what chump steak is?

They had some on the reduced rack in our local co-op last night for about 50p, but, because I didn't know what it was I didn't pick it up.

Can someone fill me in on what it is & what I could do with it in case there's ever any more on there then I could pick it up.

I think 'chump' steaks are from below the shoulder (not disimilar to 'chuck' steaks-confused yet? ha).

Best to slow roast/casserole I would of thought-bargain though for 50p!

If I'd had a clue what it was or what to do with it then I'd have got it to go in the freezer. Wish I had now but then again, they usually have quite a few packs of it reduced.
