yes. To defrost, run under cold water.

You can also dry them in your kitchen on strings and store them that way.

will go soft and mushy though. I prefer to blend mine first then freeze in ice cube trays. Then have portions ready to use.

We froze some of ours last year, but as Chops says, they do go mushy.
