How far ahead do you need to book ? Looking forward to some really good food when we eventually get to London again. Sounds very reasonably priced to me.

In Jamie's Kitchen there are ravioli of red onions, thyme , pinenuts and potato or a carmella of mint and ricotta (shaped like wrapped boiled sweets)- but no spinach.

Naked Chef book has

ravioli of borage, stinging nettles (!), marjoram and fresh ricotta
ravioli with potato, watercress and cheese
ravioli with proscuittio, sun-dried toms, basil and ricotta
ravioli of smashed beans, mint and ricotta
