I prefer Cornflakes myself!

I prefer those little polystyrene squiggles they use as packaging material myself.

May be wrong here, but an epidemiologist friend of mine who was studying women said that something in Special K leaches calcium. Might be worth it to really read the ingredients. This was about 10 years ago though.
