What can I make with 500g of beef mince?

I have defrosted mince to cook and I usually do lasagne, spag bol and homemade burgers. We are getting fed up with those now, does anyone have any ideas for something else preferably that would be suitable for the kids to eat as well. Thanks in advance.

fry it off with an onion, chuck in some veg, add a stock cube and season, cook through, then use it to fill a Yorkshire Pudding

I tend to add carrots, onions and tomatoes to a big amount of mince and then freeze in batches so it can either be turned into bolognese (add mushrooms, basil and garlic) or chilli (add green peppers, kidney beans and chilli). Or even lasagne on the rare occasions I can be bothered.

Bobotie

Although my Ouma did it with curry powder rather than the various spices, also she didnt use dried fruit or nuts, but always put bananas on top..

I have to 2nd taliac but have a different recipe that is tried and tested. This dish is always a sucess with kids. You dish it up with yellow rice. Can post it if need be.
