Left over roast lamb ideas ?

We got a bargain leg of lamb before xmas and have had it in the freezer since. We had a lovely lunch today and have a fair amount of left-overs. Does anyone have any ideas for them? something caserolly I think but don't fancy the usual bung in the meat and veg and leave for hours. Any ideas?

we always curry our left over lamb-using any left over gravy in the sauce

I like cold lamb in a wrap or pitta bread, with tsatsiki. Or a curry would be good
