Inspiration required please lovely peeps - need batch cook /freeze recipes for 14 mht old

DS2 is getting fussy and has gone off the foods that I normally do. I need to batch cook and freeze some new recipes for him. He won't eat very dry or overly lumpy food (might be teething a bit methinks), so need inspiration please.

please - anyone?

Tinned salmon fishcakes (roughly half salmon half potato) freeze well uncooked and are much enjoyed by my 14 monther.
Actually, you can put all sorts in with mashed potato such as peas, leftover veg, cheese etc to make cakes.
Will try to think of more later...
