This recipe looks good, and highly rated. (Graham crackers = digestives, basically, just make a crust using them - I'd do it with butter, like you do for cheesecake.)

I've got a recipe for a very lovely lime cheesecake - it's as nice as key lime pie (which I've also made but have no recipe for) - it's also quite a healthy thing too (low fat cream cheese)- it's very refreshing and tart

This one is really easy and tastes fantastic (although I don't bother with the chocolate on top)
