Have been given some good quality hot white chocolate. Don't want to drink it, so could I use it in a cake or muffin recipe? If so, which one?!

No, it's some posh brand with proper chocolate. I like white choc but the drink is too sweet for me. Just don't want it to go to waste though!

bumping and watching with interest as i have just, tonight, found some of the same stuff in my cupboard and it is too sweet for me to drink aswell!
