WEll the question is in the title really - I forgot to take my recipe to the supermarket today and had to try and remember what I needed to make a cheesecake tomorrow for people coming for dinner. The bit that gets baked in the oven has 250ml of soured cream in it - i think I can use double instead cant I??? Any experts who know the answer - wont get chance to get out again to buy soured....TIA

You can put lemon juice in cream to make it soured.
