coconut milk.... can i freeze it?

i have half a can of coconut milk left over from last nights Thai Curry that I didn;t use.... can i freeze it ????

I think it went a bit weird when I did this. Kind of watery and off ish when I defrosted it. Worth a try though. Milk can be frozen so maybe I did something wrong...

damn it. You definitely can. I wish I'd remembered this earlier in the week when I threw some out.

I did - was ok when cooked in next lot of curry.
