pre boiled cubed potato,

can tome,
corned beef
sometimes a dash worcester or similar

I fry the precooked potatoes with some onion, then bung in the can of corned beef and a tin of baked beans. Looks like slop but tastes fab!

Yes def a dash of Worcester sauce.

I cooked something similar to this with left over roasties, sausage and bacon on Boxing Day and it was the most delicious thing I cooked all Christmas.

mine always looks like slop.

My husband told me about this recipe. His gran used to make it. He said that she made into small burger size pieces and then fried on pan. Do you all do this. If not do you just dish it out after everything is mixed. What do you serve with it. Never thought of the worcester sauce. Good idea.

I cube it roughly same as the pots, and fry the lot up togeher with a little olive oil.

serve with warmed ciabatta sometimes or crusty french bread. Sometimes nothing else.

occasionally will throw in a few frozen peas

I think my mum used to do mushed up corned beef (probably with flavouring/tomatoes) and top with mashed potato - more like sheperds pie.

I fry onions, cubed boiled potatoes and cubed corned beef - serve with ketchup!

NOOOOoooooooo!!!!!!

sunnygirl1412 · 08/01/2009 20:13

I cook the potato in fairly large chunks then when it's cooked, I roughly chop it into smaller dice with a fork, add fried onions and cut up corned beef, top with grated cheese and put in the oven until piping hot and golden on top.

My mouth is watering now.......

ooh, melted cheese. Might add that to dh's dinner
