Beans on toast with cheese on top?

Pasta with tomatoes and lots of cheese on top? Or pasta with tuna, mayo and sweetcorn is quick.

Anything with carbs and cheese is good comfort food i find. Or if you've got a cold, something with chilli and garlic. Go and see what you've got in - you'll feel better. I know what you mean though. I'm by myself (except for the baby) but I went past M&S tonight and treated myself to one of their ready meals.

Jacket potatoe, beans and cheese

Oh I think I might have a potato, it is ancient, but its in the fridge so should be OK, have beans and cheese, so thinking either baked potoato or toast with beans, thanks never even thought of beans even though I was using them as weights today for my New Year foray into fitness videos.

Thanks for the suggestions found potato so it is in micro, not sure how long to do it for.

Having beans and cheese, not got chillis could add some ginger to the beans, or even chilli powder.

Put the potato in the oven for half hour to crisp it up, it wil;l taste SO much nicer mmm

Couldn't wait that long , 13mins in the micro and it was lovely, I like the skin not too crispy, but agree it is nice to crisp it up a bit I would have drizzled on some olive oil if I had done this.

Now for pudding
