I tried this Macaroni Cheese last night after discovering dp had never tried any sort of macarnoi cheese, i have my own recipe but decided to use this one, i used slightly different cheeses but man it was soooooooo good, i will deffo be using this in the future for veggies at dinner parties and just for normal meals (if there are no vegetarians eating i put chopped bacon in it.)

Looks fab, thanks! We are huge macaroni cheese fans so always on the lookout for yummy variations.

It looks quite time consuming to do but if you grate all the cheese and lay it out in seperate dishes its easy just to tip everything in and its only 2 pots so not tons of washing up. I have frozen some for a later date.

DH says he hates macaconi chees but I have to say that looks good. I might give it a go. He'll eat anything anyway

Have put it in the recipe database.

had an excellent tip on here a few weeks ago - chop the cheese roughly and don't bother grating as it all melts.

It really does just all melt - has been a lifesaver for me as I make cheese sauce 2/3 times a week for over veggies.
