After Eights????????

Anyone any ideas what I can make with 2 LARGE boxes of After Eights other than scoff the lot

I once melted them and had with icecream

Gordon Ramsay has a recipe for a choc marquise and it is yummy.
here it is vey yummy and not difficult.

there is a fantastic recipe for after eight ice cream but I am not sure where my copy is! it is sooooo lovely!

Put some in with a mug of milk and heat in micro, makes lovely minty hot choc.

I make after eight brownies yummmmmmyyyy!

I just put half a standard brownie mix in tin, layer on after eights with a slight gap between them then add the rest of mixture on top. Bake as normal and burn mouth after getting fed up waiting for them to cool enough........

Those brownies sound lovely.

May break the diet for them!!!!!

Chop up small, make ice cream, and stir into mixture towards the end.
