... in ramekin dishes? She says use individual pudding moulds, with baking parchment at the bottom. but I don't have any, and don't want to buy some for one pud!

Might be hard to turn them out, but what the hell, you can always eat them from the bowl in which case, forget the parchment

Yum, they are my favourite pudding, always turns out well!
Mind you, I tried them with milk chocolate once and they were awful as they didn't set at all.
