Skinny Candy - what exactly is it made of?

I was watching Working Lunch today and they had on the woman who set up Coffee Republic. Her new thing is Skinny Candy. Apparently it has no sugar or artifical anything (including sweetners) which makes me wonder what is in it, and how it tastes sweet?

Has anyone tried it and read the ingredients?

Anyone? I was at the muffins being sugarfree, wheatfree and fatfree, is it just air in a paper muffin case? It makes me think of the emperor's new clothes.

I want some, just to see....

Has nobody tried it then? I strongly suspect the use of concentrated fruit juice, which is just sugar anyway.

here is an ingredient list for one of their products. The sweetener is maltitol - a sugar alcohol which a little googling suggests may not be too wonderous a product

fwiw

I suspected it must be too good to be true. Far better to just retrain my taste buds not to want sweet things I think. [pious emoticon]
