does anyone know any really good recipe books as would like to cook nice meals but not to good at it so it would need to be for beginner any help appriciated

My friend has never been a good cook. She had no confidence etc and wouldn't attempt anything. I gave her Delia's How to Cook book 1 and she's flying. She's now got Book 2 and she's cooking things that I haven't even attempted yet. She cooks fresh prawns! I'd recommend the How to Cook series. hth
