How long do you reckon Christmas cake would last

if it was wrapped up in foil / in a tin?

It's the remains of our cake - about a third, marzipanned and iced.

That's providing the DC or DH don't get to it first!

Unfortunately for my post Christmas waistline I have no idea! DH doesn't even like it and I managed to polish it off before the New Year in great big slabs with cups of tea! Sorry I can't help

my mothers would often be on the go til easter.

i ice and marzipan mine though and find they don't last too well (possibly i don't wrap them well enough though)

marzipan is looking a little dubious already, although if we pick the icing off the cake is so alcoholic it shoudl still be fine!

Well, my waistline is very wobbly too - hence why I want to wrap it up to take to our French friends at half-term as they love it. It has got a load of rum in it!

You could always finish it off yourself and make them another . Am missing mine, wish it had lasted longer!
