I have whole chicken, lamb mince or chicken breasts.

Everyone is fed up of roasts, already had shephards pie, enchiladas, barbecue chicken(ds had home made chicken nuggets), Im crap at curry. Dp wont eat pasta and DS is gluten and dairy free.

ANy ideas?

lamb mince - moussakka
spag bol - but instead of spaghetti have jacket pots (baked in oven for crispy skins - yum)
coronation chicken with rice/jacket pots
chicken stuffed with haggis (or black pud depending on where you live)
chicken stir fry with noodles and sweet chilli sauce
