Have to provide a hot meal each evening. If we are all eating together it is fine, however, sometimes dh and I eat seperatley on the nights we come and go and different times to exercise classes/squash/gym etc or if we are out with friends. So I am looking for quick, easy and cheap meal ideas that can be friged and we can all dive in and heat up at different times.

Thanks.

I am not sure about Korean food but it would be good to chesk if there are some things she won't eat (she could be a veggie!)

I would defenately have a batch of soup (it is freezing right now).

Individual Shepherds/Shepherdess pies, lasagne, tatie pot, Irish Stews, macaroni cheese...

Pasta sauces (tomato, pesto, mushroom, bolognaise).

Pizza bases - make up and freeze then you just pop on the topping (basic drained tinned toms and tomato puree with whatever you want on top).

I suppose cold meats with hot veg would be ok, or meat/chicken/fish you can griddle with a nice salad.

Baked potato.

M&S ready made fish and chips!! I have heard that they are really yummy and you can tell her it is authentic british grub!

Fruit or pie/cake for desert would be fine
