Ham help

I made Nigella's ham in coke on Christmas and it has been in the fridge ever since it's had a few slices cut from it but is still whole - is it still good to eat - my sis says yes and is quoting Harrods food site at me - does anyone else know - will I poison all of us if we eat it?

i had some ham yesterday that had been made on 23rd Dec and it was fine - v tasty. Should be okay I reckon
