Sandwich filling ideas please

Need inspiration for different sandwich fillings please. Any ideas gratefully received!

Erm. DD (2.4) will pick filling out of a sandwich unless its squidgy, so I do:

banana
philadelphia
hummus
grated cheese mixed with mayo
peanut butter (poss not to take to school tho)
tuna/egg/chicken mayo
marmite (ewww. yuk. shudder)

How about wraps/bagels/pitta pockets too?
