Two weeks but you will have to be fond of tuna. You need some rice and pasta as well. That would be my opinion.

you could live for ages on all of that, but for health reasons, I would buy some fresh fruit and veg/salad.

I'm going to do the same I think. . . off to go through cupboards and fridge. . .

You'll need some fresh fruit in there esp if lunchboxes are required! Other than that then 3 weeks is easily doable.

you'll be fine! maybe just as other posts, add some fruit to your to buy list....

think i'll have a rummage in my cupboards and freezer....

that list would definately do the 3 of us for 3 weeks maybe with a couple of top-ups along the way if there was something we really fancied.

It looks a lot like my monthly shopping list although not sure about tinned artichoke hearts, wouldn't know what to do with them!

I'm going to do this too. Pay day is 23rd January. This is what I have ( there is tonnes, I am hopeless and just go shopping without checking first )

packet chinese rice x 2
packet mushroom and pepper rice x 2
Lloyd Grossman mushroom risotto x 1
chicken super noodles x 3
packet M&S mushroom risotto

Big bag of plain white rice
2 packets of pasta
bulgar wheat

2 tins of tomatoes
loads of herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar, olive oil etc

creamed coconut x 2

2 jars of sundried tomato tapanade
1 jar pesto
1 jar thai curry sauce
1 jar of balti curry sauce
1 jar of satay sauce
2 jars of pasta sauce

LOADS of different crackers and savoury biscuits

bag of mixed nuts
walnuts
ground almonds
pudding rice
raisins
sugar
oats
honey
flour
( biscuit making! )

8 boxes of half used cereal, various.

tonnes of frozen veg
frozen rice (??)
fish fingers
3 frozen ready meals
frozen blueberries
2 frozen chicken breasts
aunt bessies stuffing balls
half a pack of frozen chinese dim sum left over from xmas

6 petit filous
3 yog drinks
6 eggs
8 cheese strings
2 mini baby bel
2 packets of cheddar
some more cheese. . .

unopened pate
sundried tomatoes
unopened salami
3 unopened packets of bacon

a few carrots
cherry tomatoes
cucumber
celery
spring onions

a few apples
satsumas.

I have TONNES of store cupboard stuff, but not a huge amount of other stuff. I guess that shows what my shopping habits are like.

There are 2 adults and five children. I will need to buy more fruit and veg, more childrens yoghurts, more meat/fish, eggs, plus nappies and wipes.
