Just bought a slow cooker - can anyone recommend some easy recipes?

Hi,
Since New Year resolution is to be far more organised in a culinary sense, I have invested in a Morphy Richards slow cooker.
Now I just need something to put in it! Can anyone recomment relatively easy recipes that are family friendly?
Curries, stews and hotpots all go down well. Since I am no Nigella - well, not yet - I need all the help I can get in this department.
Thanks!

recommend, of course. . DD has been up since 5am this morning. At least that's my excuse!

Ooh mine's a Morphy Richard too. I love it and use it a lot.

I usually link to this site when anyone asks about SC recipes. Most of them are quite straight-forward and tested by real people

(Btw 'crock pot' is American for Slow Cooker. Most people probably work this out I guess, but I was a bit mystified for a bit)
