Can I boil turkey carcass now?

have you had it since Christmas day?Kept in a very cold place?

I am a great believer in using what god gave you to assess whether food has gone off. Smell it and taste it and take it from there.

Yes, it has been in foil since Xmas day. Poultry always smells rank to me when cold so I would imagine it was off even if it wasn't, plus sense of smell is acute at the mo which probably won't help.
