i have found a pack of sausage meat at the back of the fridge.
apart from sausage rolls, what else can i do with it?
and yes it does emind me of something in a flacid pink way

I made sausage burgers with mine..........just mixed it up with some raw choppen onion and then shaped them with some flour on my hands so i didnt get them messy iykwim!!!

I have made sausage lasagne with it before with baked beans and bit of mixed herbs - kids loved it.

I'd bin it. Disgusting stuff, and I speak as someone who loves sausages.

Last night, I had a pack of sausage meat. Normally I squeeze the meat out of sausage skins to make this but thought I'd use the pack instead for ease. Wish i hadn't.

What I usually do is fry off some onion with a tsp of fennel seeds, then add the sausage meat, then passata, and serve with gnocchi or pasta. I'll only use good sausages for that in future.

Maybe you can pad it out with other stuff to give it a better texture?

any other ideas its a big roll of meat fnar

Shape it into patties.

Or use it in a pasta sauce.
