Easy, very very easy bread recipe required.

So far this holiday I have tried two different recipes, both unmitigated disaster. One was a Nigella affair which took ages and involved a nasty clingfilm incident (don't ask). Anyone have a sure-fire recipe even I can't screw up? Please?

I've tried many many recipes over the years but the one that I always go back to is actually on the flour bag itself. And I never use fresh yeast, always the dried fast-acting variety. Never fails.
