Making cheesy mash later- can i use camenbert or would that be gross?? Shame to waste the camenbert-needs to be used asap.

I am thinking no too. I made bread with Camenbert in the middle and tucked in thinking it would be divine. It was awful.

I'd say no too, simply because Camembert is really mild so would you be able to taste it?
